  • Yoga instructor will provide information on the benefits of doing yoga
  • One hour yoga class will be held in the gym

Culinary Workshop:

  • A yoga diet, based on whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, beans and legumes. Mr. Torres will do a demonstration on how to prepare a yoga-based meal. Students and community members of Orange are invited to attend.
